Sr. Director, Digital Experience Marketing Lead

Senior Director leading digital experience marketing strategy and execution across Pfizer's customer-facing platforms including PfizerForAll and VaxAssist. Reports to VP of Brand Marketing & Standards and manages four direct reports while partnering across matrixed teams to deliver connected marketing strategies that support business impact.
Responsibilities
- Shape vision, priorities, and roadmap for marketing Pfizer's digital experiences
- Translate strategy into marketing plans, content priorities, and optimization across digital platforms
- Partner with Digital Product Experience teams to coordinate consumer and HCP messaging and journeys
- Lead, coach, and develop four direct reports; establish governance for prioritization and intake processes
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors; serve as senior partner across enterprise teams for alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or MBA/MS with 10+ years marketing/digital strategy experience
- Minimum 5+ years managing marketing teams in matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated track record developing connected digital and owned-channel strategies
- Experience partnering with technology, product, media, analytics, brand, legal, and agency teams on complex initiatives
- Strong strategic planning, governance, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency using performance insights and channel analytics to optimize digital experiences
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical experience preferred; familiarity with US promotional review processes
Compensation: $214,900–$358,100 base salary
