What You Will Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Utilize Figma and Canva to create compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize reach and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and X (Twitter), to enhance community engagement and brand presence.
• Lead market research efforts to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative marketing environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or consumer sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Canva for creating high-quality marketing materials.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and proven experience in managing campaigns on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.

Compensation and Benefits
