Title : Business Analyst / Project Manager Location : New York, NY Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$66.15-$94.50 Per Hr Description This role is a contract position based in NYC, NY, requiring a blend of Business Analyst and Project Manager skills. The position involves working on a multi-year transformation program within the capital markets sector, focusing on testing frameworks and client onboarding. Strong experience in capital markets and clearing processes is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance efforts for clearing initiatives ensuring robust functionality of systems. Coordinate client outreach and onboarding, collaborating with various teams to complete legal and account setup activities. Serve as the primary contact for traders, sales, and senior managers in the front office. Manage project planning, risk management, and execution tracking across deliverables. Define and lead client migration strategies for cash transactions. Qualifications 10 years' experience in leading initiatives and influencing stakeholders in capital markets. Strong project management experience in complex environments within financial institutions. Experience in quality assurance and test management, including strategy design. Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups across various functions. Strong knowledge of market products focusing on fixed income and system migrations.
