Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen Quaductions' brand presence. The ideal candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage analytics to drive customer acquisition, engagement, street view and business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to support product launches and promotional activities. Oversee content creation, including blog articles, case studies, newsletters, and marketing materials. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities. Manage the marketing budget and maximize return on investment (ROI). Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry organizations. Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the technology or software industry. Proven experience developing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar solutions. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance. Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing SaaS, cloud services, AI, or enterprise technology products. Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer lifecycle marketing. Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing attribution. Experience managing external agencies or strategic partnerships.
