Lead Maintenance | Multifamily Property Management

We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Lead Maintenance professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and keeping communities running at their best.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise maintenance staff and grounds team
Complete service requests quickly and professionally
Maintain apartments, common areas, pools, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Coordinate preventative maintenance programs
Ensure the property is clean, safe, and resident-ready at all times
Provide exceptional customer service to residents every day

What We're Looking For

Experience in apartment or property maintenance
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
HVAC certification required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work on-call for emergencies as needed
Reliable transportation and a team-first attitude
