School Based Occupational Therapist
Occupational Therapist for a 36-week contract in Norfolk, Virginia, earning up to $55 per hour. This role involves delivering therapeutic services to students, collaborating with school staff, and ensuring students achieve functional goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify functional needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support learning
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Document interventions and outcomes in student records
- Educate families and caregivers on home strategies
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
