Healthcare Attorney

Warren Recruiting is seeking a 2nd – 4th year associate to join a leading healthcare practice in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate possess a strong background and range of experience in healthcare matters, including but not limited to interpretation of federal and state healthcare regulations, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, anti-kickback and fraud and abuse and exposure to applying that knowledge in support of structuring transactions to comply with applicable laws. The ability to draft and negotiate commercial agreements in the healthcare space as well as some M&A would be a plus. Corporate attorneys with a strong background and exposure to healthcare law are also encouraged to apply. This progressive law firms idealcandidate also needs to have strong research and writing skills.
