Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $100,000-120,000+ annually
• Final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The Project Manager also provides oversight to field leadership, including foremen and crew leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution
• Review project drawings and specifications to develop material and resource plans
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Schedule and oversee product delivery and installation logistics
• Partner with Account Managers to define project scope and execution plans
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations

Necessary Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience
• 2+ years of experience in material handling systems, including pallet racking installation and teardown
• 2+ years of vendor management experience
• Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with AutoCAD or preliminary engineering tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using project management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
