Account Services Associate

About the Role The Account Services Associate will provide support to the Commercial Insurance department. The ASA’s will participate in talent development courses that will prepare them for a career in a client service unit. Responsibilities Assist in new and renewal business process by: Entering data and verifying its accuracy in accordance with established procedures. Completing and reviewing certificates as directed by the account team. Preparing auto identification cards for the account team. Fulfil daily certificate requests for each client while following Lockton’s quality procedures to ensure compliance. Obtain flood determinations for insured locations as needed. Prepare correspondence and/or make calls to the account team, certificate holders, or clients in a timely and professional manner. Save all correspondence electronically. Perform other work-related duties in accordance with detailed instructions from the account team. Protect the confidentiality of information acquired in the performance of duties. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and/or equivalent education or work experience. General understanding of commercial property/casualty coverages is preferred but not required. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Strong attention to detail required.
