The TL;DR Role: Managerial Type: Full‑time (9/80 schedule) Location: In‑person, Roy, UT Pay: $115,000–$172,400 yearly Team: Business Management team, directing cost and schedule analysts, reporting to program and segment leadership. Mission: Lead day‑to‑day Program Business Management execution, delivering accurate, timely business data to enable effective decision‑making for program and segment leadership. Tech Stack: ERP systems (SAP), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), IPMDAR, CSDR, DECM metrics, CFSRs, CCDR What You’ll Actually Do Leadership: Lead day‑to‑day Program Business Management execution and direct a team of cost and schedule analysts, ensuring accurate and timely business data delivery. Financial Planning: Develop and manage Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Long‑Range Strategic Plans (LRSP) financial commitments and strategies, ensuring they are met or exceeded. Compliance and Controls: Oversee a fully compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and establish, enforce, and continuously improve business‑management policies, procedures, and controls. Reporting and Analysis: Provide robust support to Profit & Loss responsibilities, including quarterly financial Earned‑At‑Complete (EAC) estimates and monthly key‑line forecasts, and conduct risk and performance analyses. Talent Development: Mentor, coach, and develop subordinate managers and analysts, fostering a high‑performing Business Management organization. The Must‑Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience; four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Must have core domain knowledge in financial planning and reporting for aerospace/defense programs. Experience: Demonstrated experience in financial planning and reporting, including monthly actuals/forecasts for aerospace/defense programs; proven expertise with ERP systems (SAP); and experience with Earned Value cost/schedule reporting (e.g., IPMDARs, CFSRs, CCDR/CSDRs). Skills: Leading program business management, directing analyst teams, developing and managing financial plans (AOP/LRSP), implementing and overseeing EVMS, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls. Bonus: Experience with Government Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance; an active DoD Top Secret Clearance; experience with Northrop Grumman accounting and compliance systems; and knowledge of DoD contracts management principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northrop Grumman
