Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a team spanning Paid Media, Performance Marketing and Measurement responsibility, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and data‑driven media strategy, planning and execution
• Drive media strategy, planning and analysis for the Corporate Marketing division
• Define, design, and drive best‑in‑class execution of marketing campaigns that are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Shape the SEA media measurement strategy in partnership with Global and local teams, ensuring all lines of business (LOBs) can maximize their media investment and demonstrate impact through consistent KPI frameworks, attribution, incrementality testing, MMM/MTA and performance insights.
• Ensures multiple stakeholder alignment to the strategy including, but not limited to executives and cross‑functional teams at SEA and with global HQ
• Develops never‑been‑done‑before media approaches and cutting‑edge test and learn campaigns to push the marketing capabilities while driving increased efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI
• Strategize, plan, manage, and continuously improve robust cross‑media marketing programs for all lines of business, working with media partners to stay on top of the evolving digital media landscape and run experimentation to learn and improve business outcomes.
• Lead the strategy for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to maximize brand visibility. You will be collaborate with xLOBs (x‑Line of Business) for optimizing brand footprint to ensure our assets are accurately cited, answered, and recommended across AI platforms
• Works with the finance team to manage financial control processes from plan proposal to purchase order creation, including managing fluctuation and pacing from a reporting perspective
• Acts as a liaison between the media agency and the Brand and Social teams to ensure an integrated marketing, communications, and channel approach
• Establishes a formal and frequent cadence of reporting results through the development of a KPI dashboard and bi‑monthly live meeting forum, translating media performance and measurement results into clear business and investment recommendations.
• Works with global HQ on designing and executing media pilots, test plans and partnerships

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years and a Master's degree
• Experience working in a hands‑on digital marketing role coupled with strong experience in high growth B2C environments.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in creating digital lead generation campaigns, which includes Google PLA, paid social, content marketing, SEO, AEO and GEO as well as, understands how to optimize campaigns to meet effective KPIs. Experience deploying campaigns, such as writing ads and developing keyword lists on Google AdWords. If you have only used an agency to deploy your campaigns, this is not the right position for you.
• Background partnering with senior executives on growth strategies as well as leading digital marketing teams
• A positive “all‑hands‑on‑deck” attitude and willingness to get the job done. Ability to balance setting the strategy AND rolling up your sleeves with the team and agency partners.
• Strong understanding and proficiency with eCommerce and marketing platforms, as well as media measurement methodologies including attribution, MMM, incrementality and lift studies
• Ability to dissect large amounts of data into clear opportunities for marketing and business.
• Able to pivot strategically based on campaign and channel performance.
• Ability to lead external media agencies and partners to deliver the highest quality of strategy, plans, measurement, attribution to the business (sales, revenue).
• Proven experience in building innovative, proactive, high‑impact digital channels; utilizing all relevant channels, and aligning strategies with business goals in order to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Must have advanced knowledge of online ad serving, creative capabilities, behavioral targeting and data strategies.
• Fluency in Natural Search and understanding synergies between Paid and Organic.
• Strong history of managing tactical and strategic direct‑response media objectives in a digital‑first organization.
• A passion for consumers – both how to influence their behavior and delivering flawless consumer experiences.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under stress, meet short deadlines, and take directions. Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions.
• Active problem solver and creative thinker who can think on their feet and define and manage an ongoing test & learn agenda.
• Must be highly adept and capable of building and maintaining trusting partnerships and collaborative relationships across a matrix organization
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Google Analytics or similar platform; and Adwords
