Associate / Analyst - Strategic Advisory (Private Capital Markets)

Responsibilities Originating and executing all deal activity within the Private Capital Markets team across a broad range of industries. Active involvement in client‑facing situations and assisting with the execution of private capital and public equity transactions. Assisting with deal structuring, term‑sheet negotiations, and other critical steps. Building and maintaining relationships with investors on an ongoing basis. Constructing and managing internal databases related to deals and investors. Drafting client presentations, pitches, and market updates. Conducting financial and other business‑related research to support deal work. Coordinating and helping manage complex, time‑sensitive processes. Participating in talent development activities, including recruiting. Qualifications 1–5 years experience in a leading equity capital markets or private capital markets group, with exposure to structured equity or private capital transactions highly preferred. Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, with strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure. Aptitude for working collaboratively in a team environment. Robust organizational and time‑management skills.
