leWe are seeking a highly qualifie d Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCB A) to serve as a district-level Behavior Support Consultant for Title I schools. This i s not a direct ABA therapy positi on. Instead, you will work at the systems level — consulting, coaching, mentoring, and training school administrators and school-based Behavior Support Specialists (BSS) to build effective, consistent behavioral systems across the distric
t.
You will function as a feedback coach, mentor, trainer, and technical advi sor to both district leadership and school-based personnel, strengthening MTSS systems, building staff capacity, and ensuring consistency across all schools that utilize a Behavior Support Speciali

Minimum Qualif
ications
Require dCurrent BCBA certification, BCBA supervisor certificati on, and in good- standing.Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a relat
- ed field.Experience conducting and supervis
- ing FBAs.Experience developing and reviewing BSPs
- and BIPs.Experience working within public school systems serving both Special Education and General Education
students.
PreferredExperience coaching adults and school-ba- sed teams.Experience supporting MTSS imple
- mentation.Experience providing district-level con
- sultation.Experience training admin
- istrators.Experience supporting behavior support specialists, interventionists, or simi
