Gwinnett Animal Clinic (GAC) is growing, and we're ready to welcome an experienced Client Service Representative to our team. As a well-established, four-doctor practice, we've proudly served Lawrenceville and the surrounding communities since 1966.

What Our Client Service Representatives Do

• Greet clients, patients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to client questions and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client and patient information
• Manage emails, messages, and routine administrative tasks
• Assist clients with requests, concerns, and follow-up needs
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Communicate effectively with clients and members of the veterinary team
• Support the team with additional office responsibilities as needed
