Job Description
The Lead Pastor of Hope Point Church serves as the primary teacher and shepherd, partnering closely with a plurality of elders to provide spiritual leadership, doctrinal faithfulness, and mission focused direction. This is a rare opportunity to step into a healthy, theologically grounded congregation with strong momentum, meaningful staff support, and a clear commitment to expository preaching, discipleship, and global missions.
Hope Point is not in crisis. It is stable, united, and missionally engaged. The next Lead Pastor will build on a strong foundation and guide the church into its next season of health, maturity, and regional and global gospel impact. The church desires a seasoned shepherd who loves Scripture, values shared elder leadership, and can align staff and congregation around a compelling, biblically faithful vision.
About Hope Point Church:
- Size of the Church: ~500 average weekly attendance
- Facility: ~40,000 sq ft former Kia dealership property
- Staffing: Approx. 12–15 full-time equivalents

- Elder-led, shared governance model where the Lead Pastor serves as an elder, first among equals

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of pastoral ministry experience preferred
- Demonstrated strength in expository preaching
- Experience leading staff within an elder-led structure
- Theological alignment with high view of Scripture and sovereignty of God
