Job Description

• Manage the daily operations of custom home construction projects in Boston, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all project phases.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of work meets client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks or delays.
