- Manage daily on-site operations for luxury custom home projects in Boynton Beach.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or obstacles.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards, architectural specifications, and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control reviews.
- Oversee jobsite safety and ensure compliance with all safety requirements.
- Manage project documentation, daily logs, inspections, and progress reports.
- Work closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate municipal inspections and secure project approvals.
- Lead punch-list completion and project closeout activities .
