About Our Client

A well-established luxury custom home builder in Boynton Beach is seeking an experienced Custom Home Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end residential projects from ground-up through final completion. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization known for delivering exceptional custom estates with a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.

Job Description

Manage daily on-site operations for luxury custom home projects in Boynton Beach.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or obstacles.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards, architectural specifications, and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control reviews.
Oversee jobsite safety and ensure compliance with all safety requirements.
Manage project documentation, daily logs, inspections, and progress reports.
Work closely with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout the construction process.
Coordinate municipal inspections and secure project approvals.
Lead punch-list completion and project closeout activities .
