Job Summary: Mechanic - Williston, ND
About the RoleJoin our high-performing maintenance team as a Mechanic at our Williston, ND facility. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is ready and reliable for field operations, directly impacting our service delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities - Maintain and service surface equipment according to comprehensive maintenance programs and reliability strategies
- Accurately document maintenance activities, material usage, and labor in the Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, boost asset utilization, and control service delivery costs
- Participate in failure investigations and implement corrective actions as assigned
- Drive productivity and efficiency improvements for yourself and the wider maintenance team
- Execute planned repair projects (including part repair and reuse) to optimize costs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards within the maintenance base Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 1 year of hands-on diesel mechanic experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and work order tracking
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment
- Must provide personal mechanic tools for the job
- Willingness to work a 15-days-on / 6-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts (overtime available) Preferred Skills - Oilfield environment experience
- Technical school training or mechanical certifications Benefits - Travel and housing provided for non-local employees during rotation
