You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, craft personalized itineraries, and coordinate bookings with various vendors such as airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and requirements.
- Create and customize detailed travel itineraries tailored to client needs.
- Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities through trusted suppliers.
- Manage and update travel documentation and client records.
- Collaborate with vendors to confirm reservations and resolve any booking issues.
- Provide timely support and updates to clients before and during their trips.
- Monitor travel advisories and coordinate changes when necessary to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to handle urgent client requests and changes in scheduling.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations and travel trends.
