Fidelis Logistics is seeking a hands-on Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing and CHEP pallet repair operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for a strong floor leader who can drive production, coach teams, improve workflow, maintain safety standards, and effectively lead both English- and Spanish-speaking associates.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in manufacturing or production operations
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• OSHA and safety knowledge
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
• Microsoft Office and production system experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Flexibility during peak production periods

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach production teams
• Drive safety, quality, and production goals
• Monitor workflow and reduce bottlenecks
• Oversee CHEP pallet repair operations
• Track production performance and improvements
• Conduct coaching and corrective actions
• Coordinate materials and equipment needs
• Maintain operational and safety compliance
