Job Description
The Expo / Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient food service in a casual dining environment. This position supports the dining team by coordinating between the kitchen and the front of house to deliver a high-quality guest experience. The role involves working closely with a small team throughout lunch and dinner hours, with flexible shifts available to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Support tables by promptly delivering food orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timing
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Adapt to peak hours during lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility
