In this unarmed patrol role, you will support daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach while contributing to a reliable and innovative environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.42 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM; Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor processing in accordance with site protocols and security-related guidelines. Prepare clear, timely reports regarding incidents, patrol activity, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues observed during the shift. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
