Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – Fri 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders and site expectations. Support opening and closing routines, observe lobby and customer service areas, and assist with crowd flow, after-hours checks, and other assigned security-related duties based on location needs. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
