Vehicle Sales Representative $3,000 Sign-on Bonus

Overview Vehicle Sales Representative – Norwood, MA 02062 – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hourly Pay: $23.00 (paid weekly). Monthly per‑vehicle sale incentive up to $3,000 based on total branch sales. Responsibilities Serve as the front‑line sales agent for vehicle sales, engaging customers in person, online, and by phone. Execute the UTC marketing plan, selecting products for periodicals, trade associations, and industry campaigns. Coordinate outbound marketing activities, including phone calls, mailers, and thank‑you cards. Act as liaison among Asset Management, Rental, and Lease product lines. Maintain the accuracy and content of the Lead Tracker database. Develop and expand relationships with existing customers using all communication channels to exceed retention goals. Structure and sell ancillary products such as Finance and Extended Warranty to meet customer needs. Install sold signs and mark vehicles as directed. Manage inventory: ensure UTC website content and data are current, track vehicle movement, and maintain security records. Oversee vehicle quality and appearance, performing washing, detailing, and exercise programs. Provide weekly yard checks and document off‑site location activities. Record and administer sales documentation, including titling, licensing, and legal sale documents. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley, Safety STAR Program, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain vehicle inventory and supply inventory. Support and replace the VSM when required. Drive continuous improvement to maximize sales proceeds, retail activity, and customer retention. Maintain a neat and orderly work environment and comply with all internal standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1–3years of sales and/or customer service experience. Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and the Internet. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking abilities. Goal‑oriented with a drive for results and the ability to handle ambiguity. Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up practices. Proven ability to establish professional relationships at all organizational levels. Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Travel up to 10% of the time.
