What You'll Do

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
• Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case strengths.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate while always protecting the client's interests.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arizona.
• Has trial practice experience, ideally from opening to jury veridict.
• Is confident appearing before judges and arguing motions.
• Enjoys legal writing and building compelling arguments.
• Is proactive, organized, and able to manage a litigation caseload.
• Has exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Truly cares about helping clients through difficult situations.
• Is driven, motivated, and eager to grow with a fast-growing firm.
