This opportunity is particularly well suited for an attorney with experience in first-party property insurance litigation who enjoys taking ownership of their cases and advocating for policyholders. The Opportunity The attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, with responsibilities including: Managing an active litigation caseload Developing case strategy and evaluating claims Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Conducting and defending depositions Preparing for and participating in hearings, mediations, and trials Communicating directly with clients regarding case strategy and status Working collaboratively with attorneys and legal support staff Managing deadlines, calendars, and case documentation What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Active and in-good-standing Arizona Bar license 3+ years of litigation experience preferred Experience with first-party property insurance litigation strongly preferred Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills Ability to independently manage a caseload Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong client-service and communication skills Compensation Base salary + commissions + bonus opportunity, including uncapped earning potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
