We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our reputable team. The successful candidate will have a passion for family law, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the legal landscape. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of family law cases, ranging from post-marital agreements to child custody disputes. If you are a proactive, solution-driven professional with a knack for negotiation and a proven track record in family law, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, post-marital agreements, alimony, and more.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills.
• Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and more.
• Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective, innovative strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, court decisions, and other developments that may impact our clients' cases.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate, personalized service, and ensuring their needs and interests are at the forefront of all decisions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest level of client service and case management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in family law, with a particular emphasis on post-marital agreements and child custody disputes.
• Proven litigation experience with strong courtroom demeanor.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients.
• Ability to handle high caseloads and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear, concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficient in legal research software and MS Office Suite.
