In this role, you'll work a mix of warm leads and self-generated opportunities, build your pipeline, and leverage an existing book of business—where your effort directly drives your results and earning potential.

This role also offers long-term career growth. Many successful Sales Producers go on to expand their responsibilities, develop leadership skills, and pursue the opportunity to become a Farmers Agency Owner themselves.
We're looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and driven—with a strong desire to grow and succeed.

Base compensation: Starting $20-$25/hour + commission and bonuses

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Quote, sell, and cross-sell insurance products to new and existing clients
• Identify coverage needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Follow up on leads and close new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Track activity and pipeline using CRM systems
• Develop the skills and experience needed for long-term career growth, with the opportunity to pursue Farmers Agency Ownership in the future

What We're Looking For

• Spanish fluency is strongly preferred and may be required for certain client-facing responsibilities
• Active insurance licenses or willing to obtain prior to hire
• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
• Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn more
