Busy Farmers Insurance office seeks F/T Customer Service Rep.
- Processing policy transactions, billing, coverage, claims
- Cross selling
- Helping agent processing applications and renewals
- Handling requests for Certificates of Insurance
- Keeping agency software current and updated
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance . Farmers Insurance experience on systems, billing, quoting, Guidewire
- Previous experience with other personal and commercial lines carriers, i.e CA Fair Plan, surplus lines
- Experience with Acord forms, typing Certificates of Insurance, applications, invoices
- Experience with programs such as Adobe, DocuSign,
- Licensed a plus
