Nutiva welcomes applications from highly qualified candidates based in Canada Nutiva is seeking a seasoned Director of U.S. Retail Sales to join our sales team. The Director of Retail Sales will be a key member of a lean, fast-paced, and growing organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role is responsible for broker leadership and management, national account management, and cross-functional collaboration in executing Nutiva's U.S. retail sales strategy. This individual will drive top-line growth with a focus on profitability through effective trade and portfolio management. The position requires strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and collaboration. Lead and manage Nutiva's broker partners to execute and build the ongoing sales strategy Lead national account management and growth across key strategic retail partners Own forecasting and demand planning for assigned key accounts Assist with annual budget management and trade spend planning Lead trade management, promotion planning, and post-promotion effectiveness assessment Lead category management and analytical assessment leveraging SPINS and other syndicated data Partner with Operations to manage inventory health and order fulfillment Represent Sales at key tradeshows, leading customer and account relationships Set key strategic and measurable KPIs that align with overall company goals Stay current on retailer trends, retailer media, and shopper marketing Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred 8-10 years of sales experience; CPG industry experience required 3-4 years of national direct key account responsibility; broker management experience required Skilled at data assessment and storytelling using SPINS and other syndicated and analytical tools Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) Empowered and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and act with a healthy sense of urgency Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders Personal initiative and willingness to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for driving results and living the Nutiva core values #J-18808-Ljbffr Bioriginal Group
