Job Description / Responsibilities Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. Lead proactive lead generation and set appointments inside and outside the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and ongoing servicing, emphasizing client well‑being and tailored solutions. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategies and tactics. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and maximize business results using PNC tools and protocols. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch, acting as the main point of contact (COI) and holding partners accountable for updates and referral follow‑up. Collaborate with branch teams and the Business Banker to identify referral opportunities and expand share of wallet. Perform lobby engagement activities, educate clients on product options, and utilize technology, tools, and resources to demonstrate product knowledge. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and maintaining heightened scrutiny to prevent losses. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks. Qualifications University or college degree; less than 1year of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; military service counts. Knowledge and experience in banking products, customer service, and risk management. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and proactive sales competencies. Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state. Must pass required background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $52,500.00 – $87,500.00 (varies by location, market data, skills, experience, and education). The role is incentive eligible; compensation is based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
