You will use a mix of prospecting, relationship-building, field activity, and collaboration with internal teams to drive sustainable growth.We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:Self-driven and results-oriented.A skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.Passionate about building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Adaptable, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.If you’re energized by growing business, delivering exceptional service, and ready to elevate your sales career—we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoAs an integral part of our team, you will:Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the Austin area and surrounding markets.Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of existing accounts.Conduct site visits and assess customers’ needs to recommend the right air filtration products and solutions.Develop and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals aligned with customer goals.Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent prospecting by phone, email, and in-person meetings.Collaborate with internal teams to support excellent customer service and long-term account success.Attend client meetings, trade shows, sales summits, and industry-related activities as needed.Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, contact, and calendar records in CRM and related systems.Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing learning opportunities.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role includes:Strong pipeline development.Consistent prospecting activity.Revenue and gross profit growth.Active engagement in training and development.Building strong customer relationships.Contributing positively to team culture.Your performance will be measured by your sales impact, business development, customer relationships, and overall contribution to the company's growth.Your First 90 DaysDuring your first 90 days, you will:Learn products, applications, and customer needs.Gain hands-on field experience alongside experienced team members.Build familiarity with our systems, processes, and operations.Begin developing your pipeline and customer relationships.Participate in training and ongoing learning opportunities.What You’ll Bring2+ years of sales experience preferred; related industry experience is a plus.Success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Comfort working in the field and meeting customers in person.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Training and DevelopmentThis role includes structured learning and clear performance milestones.
