Job Title: Dental Assistant 2 - Nisonger Center Department: Health Sciences | Nisonger Center Dental Assistant to provide advanced chairside procedures in four‑handed dental treatment in a dental program that serves children with and without developmental disabilities in the Nisonger Dental Program on Johnstown Road; performs chairside procedures; provides assistance to the dentist and dental students; provides indirect patient treatment; maintains inventory of supplies and materials; maintains equipment; performs general clerical and outreach tasks. Work Location: 2879 Johnstown Road Columbus, OH 43219 Minimum Education Required: HS Graduate or Equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. Dental X‑Ray Machine Operator permit from the Ohio State Dental Board. 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
