Project Quality Manager

Overview Job Title: Project Quality Manager (Industrial) Company: Loenbro, LLC Business Unit/Department: Quality Control Location: Colorado/Wyoming On-site Reports to: Regional QC Manager/ Project Manager Employment Type: Full Time FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Summary We are looking for an experienced self-motivated candidate to join our growing Industrial Quality team. This position will be responsible for the duties listed below along with other related functions. Familiarity with piping is a must. A team-oriented mindset and the drive to continuously improve are essential to help Loenbro maintain its position at the top of the industry. This position works closely with related engineering, construction, fabrication, and other departments to ensure aligned goals are met. Responsibilities Weld Map Isometric drawings Weld & piping inspections Project turnover experience Enter welding and inspection information into tracking tool Assist with pressure testing plans Review and file NDE/NDT reports Work with NDE personnel for planning and execution of work Assemble and review project documentation packages Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance Test welders and perform weld inspections Review welding requirements and ensure welding procedures comply Create and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans Provide support and training to other inspectors Write inspection and test plans (I&TPs) Committed to Loenbro’s core values and safety policies Plan and execute Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Reports Minimum Qualifications Current AWS CWI or ASNT VT II certification Strong knowledge of NDT methods with ASNT-SNT-TC-1A training/hours Experience generating turnover packages Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings Knowledge of key industry codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ACI, AISC, NACE) 5+ years of Quality Control Inspector experience Experience working under a Quality Management Program Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment High organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
