Maintenance Technician for Apartment Community

Tri City Rentals

Job Description

Our company is looking for someone with experience in apartment maintenance, painting, basic carpentry, etc. Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Rotating on-call positions for overtime pay also available with additional supplemental pay.
Must have your own tools and have a clean driving record.
