Position Overview Part‑time role, typically 20 hours per week, delivering exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects at 3063 Dundee Road. Application Deadline: 09/24/2026. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and identify client needs for personal banking and credit card solutions. Provide clear, guided advice on financial products, ensuring all recommendations are in the best interests of customers. Collaborate with branch partners and utilize marketing promotions to enhance the customer experience. Conduct client conversations and manage transactions with seamless execution. Support operational activities such as inventory management, escalated service requests, and application follow‑ups. Maintain compliance with risk, privacy, and regulatory standards, including anti‑money‑laundering procedures. Contribute to branch business results and continuously seek improvements to the overall customer experience. Qualifications 1–2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress within 12 months. Comfortable using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools. Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a focus on personal customer experience. Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions for referral. Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport and connections with customers. Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and flexible response to new challenges. Good verbal and written communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills. Salary & Benefits Base Salary: $41,714.00 – $50,500.00, prorated for part‑time hours.
