responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end pilot scale development (50-1000L) by operating stainless-steel and single-use equipment from vial thaw to drug substance fill.

• Plan, execute, document, and analyze lab experiments to hit critical CMC milestones and achieve strategic pilot platform development goals.

• Utilize data aggregation and modeling tools to predict process behavior and assist with technical transfers to Our Client's manufacturing facilities.

• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment, supporting lab upgrades and commissioning new hardware as needed.

• Drive lab productivity and innovation by contributing to continuous improvement projects and platform development runs.
