Real Estate Projects Coordinator

Description
Major duties include planning and execution of the capital projects project pipeline and coordinating the deal process from lease negotiation to creating a deal package for approval. Must possess high-level client service skills, attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to assign priority to multiple requests simultaneously.
Essential Functions/Duties:
- Interacts professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external business partners.
- Creates and manages the file documentation process.
- Creates and reviews demographic information and radius maps.
- Creates and maintains budgets for each project.
- Independently prioritizes and accomplishes multiple tasks within established periods.
- Supports deal makers in preparation for key project approvals, such as real estate executive committee.
- Coordinates all activities related to the Real Estate function, including existing portfolio management, Lease Actions, Ad-Hoc Reporting, Research requests and the negotiation of minor business terms.
- Establishes and processes project information.
- Works as a primary point of contact to ensure that outstanding details relative to each deal are finalized.
- Ensures every exhibit referred to in the Letter of Intent is included in the file.
- Ensures that all files are detailed and adhere to internal auditing guidelines.
- Maintains all reports generated on weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Ability to adhere to the organizations Core Principles
- Strong computer skills
- General knowledge of how to read leases, construction drawings, or fixture plans is preferred.
- Proactive, innovative, self-starter, and result oriented
- Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure cooperative and productive work relationships
- Strong prioritization and problem resolution skills
- Ability to be able to work unsupervised and independently without a lot of direction.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree
3+ years in Real Estate, construction, or property development industry, prefer retail experience
Math Ability:
Level 3: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of and experience with MS Office Suite.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Sitting for long periods.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Language Ability:
Level 4: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.
Reasoning Ability:
Level 4: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
License and Certifications:
This position does not require any certifications or licenses.
