Senior Management Analyst

Role Overview Support strategic planning, organizational improvement, business transformation, and enterprise initiatives across federal programs. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate business operations and improve organizational performance. What You Will Do Analyze business operations, develop recommendations, facilitate stakeholder meetings, conduct business process analysis, and develop executive briefings and reports. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with experience in organizational development, governance, business process improvement, portfolio management, and executive-level communications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 15+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, organizational development, strategic planning, PMO support, or business transformation Experience conducting business process improvement, organizational assessments, and strategic planning initiatives Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration Benefits Microsoft Office SuiteMicrosoft ProjectMicrosoft VisioSharePointPower BIServiceNow #J-18808-Ljbffr KeenLogic
