Construction company seeking an experienced full charge bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
*Highly organized with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Proficient with QuickBooks Online.
*Manage Accounts payable.
*Manage Accounts receivable.
*Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
*Process vendor payments and maintain accurate records.
*Working with vendors and subcontractors.
*Track job costs and assist with project accounting.
*Maintain accurate financial records with QuickBooks.
*Monitor cash flow.
*Prepare records for CPA.
*Maintain organized filing.
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping
1 week paid vacation
