Founding Technical Recruiter — Cleared Talent, Startup

Sitreps

Sitreps is seeking a highly experienced recruiter to join in Arlington, VA, building the function from the ground up. You will own the full cycle, from initial outreach to signed offers, and will craft a cleared talent pipeline alongside the founding team. You will lead outbound sourcing for TS/SCI and polygraph roles, work with executive leadership on interview loops, and shape our employer brand to attract cleared talent. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sitreps
