Job Description:

This is a manager position in the case management/social worker department. The candidate must have managerial, leadership, and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the discharge planning process and assist with staff orientation and onboarding.
Manage daily and monthly scheduling and ensure appropriate daily staffing.
Handle hiring, terminating, and staff development.
Support staff and advise on complex cases involving no direct patient ratios.

Requirements:

MSW, LICSW, and WA License required.
Minimum 5 years of social work and leadership experience; cannot solely have behavioral/psych experience.
EPIC experience, certification in case management preferred.
Soft skills including being personable, eager to work, and flexible.
