Grizzly Land Services is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Analyst to support our Regulatory Department. This is a great opportunity to work directly with clients across various development projects throughout the Lower 48. Exposure to/experience in the Energy Industry is not required – we will train you on “The Grizzly Way”. This full-time role will be located in our Tulsa Headquarters. Responsibilities Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting the energy industry, particularly in Texas, Oklahoma and surrounding regions Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and documentation in accordance with applicable laws and agency requirements Liaise with government agencies, industry groups, and legal counsel on behalf of clients to ensure timely and accurate compliance Support clients by providing regulatory guidance during development planning and execution Maintain organized records of permits, licenses, and compliance documentation Assist in audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and proper documentation Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory standards Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the E&P sector Familiarity with Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) and Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) regulations and other relevant agencies Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in energy industry is a plus, but not required Location: Tulsa HQ Department: Regulatory Hiring Lead: Regulatory Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Nonexempt Employee #J-18808-Ljbffr Grizzlylandservices
