Driver Manager - Phoenix, AZ

What You'll Do On a Typical Day:
- Work with planner and CSRs to ensure drivers are preplanned
- Dispatch drivers as planned
- Ensure drivers meet DOT regulations and operate safely
- Maintain driver revenue guidelines
- Work with drivers to maximize revenue while balancing home time requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products
- Able to multitask in a high-speed environment
- Exceedingly detail-oriented
- Able to uphold proper office etiquette
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
