Sales Floor Lead - Customer Experience & Team Coaching

Lowe's is hiring a Sales Floor Department Supervisor in Indiana. You will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, coach staff, manage daily tasks, and ensure safety and merchandising standards. The role includes customer interactions, down stocking, and area recovery to support store goals.
