You will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling reservations, checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Manage room reservations and cancellations.
• Process guest payments and issue receipts.
• Provide information about timeshare services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain accurate guest records using timeshare management software.
• Follow timeshare policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality education is a plus).
• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
