Assistant Member Service Director
Do you love working with people and helping others? We have the perfect career opportunity for you! American Swim Academy in Dublin is looking for a full-time Assistant Member Service Director who loves to interact with people in person and on the phone in a fun and fast-paced environment while supporting the Senior Management Team. The schedule is Tuesday - Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate must be friendly, customer service oriented, enthusiastic, and able to multitask
- Assist Member Service Director with meeting call and revenue goals
- Motivate the Member Service Team
- Answer phones, make follow-up calls, and enroll swimmers
- Proficient computer and accurate typing skills necessary to complete member interactions and enrollments
