On a typical day, you will converse with the model on clinical scenarios and nursing judgment questions, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. An active RN license and associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing or a closely related healthcare field are ideal; clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings signals excellent fit.
