Location: Seattle, WA – Onsite
Experience Required: 15+ Years
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Solution Architect to collaborate with the client's Product, Business, and Engineering teams to define and implement a modern Contact Center architecture. The ideal candidate will provide strategic technical leadership, recommend AWS services and integrations, and drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product teams, and Engineering teams to define and evolve the overall Contact Center strategy .
- Develop scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available Amazon Connect architectures .
- Provide strategic recommendations on AWS services and integrations to enhance omnichannel customer engagement .
- Design and optimize IVR, call routing, self-service capabilities, contact flows, and customer journeys .
- Lead architecture reviews, solution design discussions, technology roadmaps, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve Contact Center capabilities and customer experience.
- Ensure solutions follow AWS security, governance, compliance, and architectural best practices.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, solution designs, and executive-level presentations.
- Work closely with technical and business leadership to evaluate solution options, architecture trade-offs, scalability, and long-term platform strategy.

This individual should possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and be capable of bridging business requirements with complex technical Contact Center solutions.
