Our organization is celebrated for nursing excellence and has received the prestigious Magnet Designation. We serve as a regional referral center with specialized services available. The nursing unit comprises 34 private couplet rooms with a dedicated staff. Night shift staffing includes charge nurses and RNs, ensuring optimal patient care. Patient ratios are 1:3-4 couplets, allowing for comprehensive support. We utilize advanced equipment for patient needs and have implemented electronic medical records. Candidates without the required mother baby experience will not be considered. Preferred qualifications also include travel experience and familiarity with specific post-delivery care protocols. Circumcision procedures may be performed on the unit. We are looking for a team player who enjoys teaching and contributing to the growth of others. Weekend shifts are required, but there are no call shifts.
